About us

Our story began in 1986, when Moiz and Renee took a leap of faith and purchased a small print and copy shop called Kern Valley Printing, tucked inside the historic Padre Hotel. With just two employees and a focus on serving local downtown businesses, the vision was simple but powerful: help clients grow through thoughtful branding and dependable service. From the very beginning, Moiz and Renee believed that strong brands build strong businesses. Through unwavering customer service, attention to detail, and a growing base of loyal clients, that small shop quickly became a trusted partner for companies throughout Bakersfield. As demand grew, so did their ambition. In 2004, they expanded their offerings by acquiring the EmbroideMe franchise and relocating to Brundage Lane near Myrtle Street. Shortly after, Bakersfield Signs was added—completing a trio of businesses that allowed customers to meet all their promotional needs under one roof. With in‑house manufacturing and a skilled team of 10 full‑time professionals, the company evolved into a true one‑stop shop. From eye‑catching car wraps and dimensional signage to custom brochures and embroidered apparel, every project is handled with precision, speed, and pride. This hands‑on approach ensures quality control, tight turnaround times, and consistently exceptional results.

Today, the company has rebranded as Kern Valley Printing, Inc., doing business as KVPRINT and Bakersfield Signs, uniting all services under one logo and one shared mission. Though the name has evolved, the passion remains the same—serving the community, supporting local businesses, and helping brands stand out. After 25 years on Brundage Lane, KVPRINT and Bakersfield Signs proudly moved to Bakersfield's southwest area to better serve a growing clientele and support future expansion. This new location represents not just growth, but a continued commitment to innovation, excellence, and community partnership. What truly sets us apart is more than the wide range of products we offer—it's our dedication to craftsmanship, reliability, and relationships.
